We pride ourselves on being known as the best in the business when it comes to being your BMW performance parts supplier. We understand that from time to time you may need to return an item to us for exchange, refund or store credit. Below is our returns policy/procedure. We hope we can make this process as painless as possible. We reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee.
- Parts returned for a refund will be assessed a 10% restocking fee and any cost incurred during a promotional purchase, including but not limited to shipping fees.
- Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns unless otherwise instructed by Condor Speed Shop.
- We will not accept returns for a refund after 30 days, only store credits will be issued for parts returned after 30 days. After 60 days there are no returns accepted, even for store credit.
- Items returned for store credit will not be assessed a restocking fee, however they are still subject to any additional promotional and/or shipping costs incurred.
- There are absolutely no returns on electrical, special order, or used parts.
- Under no circumstances will Condor Speed Shop reimburse or pay for any parts/labor charges related to any incorrect, faulty, or defective product.
